The official minimum

The v2.133.1 build lists Android 5.0 and up as the minimum. The Astute Beta APK technical dossier has the full details: package com.dts.freefiremax, target SDK 36, about 536 MB.

What you actually need

Minimums are not recommendations. For a smooth Astute Beta APK test session you want a 64-bit chipset, at least 4 GB of RAM, and 1.2 GB of free space for the file plus install and first-run data. The file comes from the Astute Beta APK download page; the phone is your half of the equation.

Storage: the silent killer

Most failed installs on capable phones are storage problems. Game packages expand during install and the first resource load adds more. Free up 1.2 GB before you start and you avoid the most common frustration.

Old and budget phones

Android 5.0 era devices can install the build, but expect long loads and frame drops in busy matches. Close background apps before launching and keep graphics settings low.

Tablets and other devices

Android tablets work well with extra room for the HUD. For PC play, the emulator guide covers running the build on a computer. iPhones cannot run APK files at all.

Quick answers
